4 STREET NURSERY REGISTRATION TERMS

CONTRACT BETWEEN PARENT AND NURSERY

Hours of the nursery:  8.00a.m. – 6.00p.m.

All fees are paid one month in advance by standing order on the 28^th of every month.  The nursery will not accept payment of monthly fees by cheque or cash. 

If your child is absent from the nursery for any reason, fees are still paid in full.  We do not refund for absences due to public Bank Holidays.

The nursery is closed for five working days over the Christmas and New Year period. 

We require 4 weeks written notice if your child is leaving the nursery or one month’s fees in lieu of notice. We also require 4 weeks written notice if you are decreasing your sessions with us. 

We have a minimum number of 4 sessions per week.

The nursery reserves the right to give 4 weeks notice of termination of your child’s place.

The fees are reviewed annually and you will be notified in writing a month in advance of any rise in fees.

            When your child is ill he/she can only attend at the management’s discretion

In the event that the nursery is closed due to circumstances beyond our control, fees will be charged as normal for the first 72 hours (or 3 working days).

The nursery uses photographs to monitor and share the children’s development. I give permission for my child to be photographed for this purpose.

If the nursery has serious concerns regarding the welfare of your child, we are obliged to pass on our concerns to the relevant authorities.

The nursery may from time to time go for walks within the secure perimeter of the school. In signing the contract I give permission for my child to participate in such activities.

The registration terms will be renewed if necessary.
