I hold the BTEC National Diploma in childcare. I qualified in 1995. I have 11 years experience of working with children under the age of 5 years. I have hold various positions in my childcare career many of a senior level. I am currently a Team Leader at Northwood Nursery. I also hold a full First Aid certificate.

Diane Smith-Nursery Officer

I hold the NVQ level 2&3 in Childcare. I achieved the level 2 in 1999 and level 3 in 2006. I have 9 years childcare experience and have also worked as a playworker with older children.

Natasha Bruce-Nursery Assistant

I have the basic CCE childcare qualification. I have worked at Northwood Nursery since 2002.

Laura Stock-Nursery Officer

I hold a Certificate in Childcare and Education (CCE) and a Diploma in Childcare and Education (DCE). I have also gained a paediatric first aid certificate and a Food Hygiene certificate. I joined Northwood Day Nursery in July 2007 and have previously had experience in other childcare settings at a senior level.

Sarah Hartland-Nursery Officer

I gained a City and Guilds childcare certificate in 1991. I progressed to gain an NVQ level 3 certificate in 1998. I have 16 years experience in working in a variety of settings with children aged 3 months to 5 years. During my career I have worked in a variety of roles including some at senior level. I joined Northwood Day Nursery in 2007.

Kelly Rogers-Nursery Officer

I hold both NVQ levels 2 and 3. I gained level 2 in 2003 and level 3 in 2005.I have 6 years experience working with children under the age of 5 years. I hold a paediatric first aid certificate. I have been working at Northwood Day Nursery since September 2007.

Conny Keirath Bunse-Nursery Assistant

I have 12 years experience working with children in Germany. I have looked after children from birth to 4 years in my own home. I have been a leader of mother and baby groups as well as arranging arts and crafts for older children. I have 2 grown up children.

Silje Andreasson-Casual Nursery Assistant

I have previously worked at a Forest Nursery in Norway which cares for children aged 1-6 years. I joined Northwood Nursery in January 2007. I now work part-time at the nursery while studying for a BA in Education and Early Childhood at university

Shazia Farooq-Nursery Officer

I hold the CACHE Level 2 in Childcare and Education. I qualified in 2002. I have a range of experience of working with children from the ages of birth to 8 years. I also hold a qualification with British Sign Language. I started working with the company in December 2007.

Clare Goulden-Nursery Officer

I hold a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years, Level 3. During my time at college I worked at 4 different placements ranging from nursery to schools. I qualified in 2004. I started working for the company in February 2008.

I began working in the company in December 2007. I hold the Certificate in Pre-School Practise level 2 and am currently attending college to gain my Diploma in Pre-School Practise (DPP) Level 3. I have experience in working with children in different settings from crèches and in the home.
